Our history

ICAMI was established in 1968 in Mexico City as a result of the concern of Mexican businessmen and men associated with the business that, together with Dr. Carlos Llano Cifuentes, founder of the IPADE and Universidad Panamericana, gave birth to that vision.

Since it was founded, ICAMI had the firm purpose of offering a program for the comprehensive development of people in the business and to bring about a radical, profound, and permanent transformation in the participants.

In the 70′s, ICAMI began its work in other geographical locations in the country, thanks to the participation of regional initiatives.

  • In December, 1970, the Monterrey headquarters opens its doors.
  • In the year 1972, the Guadalajara headquarters was established.
  • In 1974, the Culiacan headquarters was established.
