Selection process


The candidates to our programs go through a selection process that allows us to get acquainted with their professional characteristics and their personal qualities.

This ensures that each class will be:

  1. Homogeneous, in regard to the level of responsibility within the companies of the participants.
  1. Heterogeneous in regard to the background they come from, their academic training, and their experience.
