ICAMI is the first management training and improvement center for middle management (managers, foremen and supervisors) of businesses.During the teaching process, we emphasize the training of the whole person; the development of the professional, ethical, and social potential of our participants, who are empowered for leadership, decision-making and achievement-oriented results.In this manner ICAMI has been contributing to the creation of value for organizations, for over 40 years.
